Water mills
The gully of Mylopotamos hosts most of the water mills of the island. In total, there are 23 watermills, of which only three are kept in a fairly good condition with the most important part of their mechanism indestructible.
All of them are privately owned. Easy access on foot to the first mill (degree of difficulty 2/5) along the river. Duration approximately 1 hour.
The other mills are not accessible.
Visit to the waterfall.
Beautiful café in the village in the shade of the plane trees. Next to the café, the former STRATIGOS mill has been converted into a shop selling local products.
Inside, an old olive press with two millstones has been preserved.

Natural troughs dug into the rock at the edge of the sea, where salt is deposited. They are not visible from the road.
